This Elements Signature Treatment offers the best of both worlds ~ a full-body massage with one of our professional therapists, followed by 30 minutes of a deeply relaxing Reiki session with our Reiki Master/Teacher. An Elements signature treatment: our massage therapist gently places on your body towels that have been "steeped" in herbs, then covers you with a thermal wrap. While you melt under the herbs, enjoy a soothing head, neck and foot massage. Totally delicious. Choose a relaxing, revitalizing, cleansing, or muscle-therapy herbal mix.

 

A new Elements signature treatment ~ Warm towels are "steeped" in herbs, gently placed on your body, and then you're wrapped in a thermal blanket. While your body takes delight in the herbal pack, you receive some deeply relaxing Reiki at your head, neck and feet. Great for treating "all of you."

 

Arnica (Arnica montana) has been used as an herbal remedy since the 1500s by Europeans, and Native Americans, and remains popular today. Applied topically as a cream, oil, salve, or tincture, arnica is used to soothe muscle aches and reduce inflammation. It is often the first remedy used for injuries such as sprains and bruises. Our massage therapists use organic Weleda Arnica Oil. The perfect after-workout or after-playtime treatment!

 

Our sugar scrub massages are relaxing, refreshing, replenishing, and just wonderful for your skin. Our therapists will gently massage the scrub onto your skin to exfoliate, then wipe off with moist, warm towels. A witch-hazel rub and light moisturizer finishes your treatment, leaving your skin soft and polished, and your mood glowing.

Sugar choices are Grand Orange, Bamboo, Citrus Vanilla, or Shea Cuvee in a base of avocado, grapeseed, and Vitamin E oils ~ rich, sweet, mildly scented.

Level I Reiki Attunement enables you to continue ongoing Reiki treatment for yourself, as well as offer the benefits of Reiki energy to others. Reiki is passed from Master/Teacher to student through a meditative process called an "Attunement," during a three hour session. Our Reiki Master/Teacher, Diana Krauth, offers attunements to individuals, or in class up to four people.

 

For individuals who have already completed Level I Attunement. Reiki Level II introduces students to the tools and techniques of more focused Reiki healing, including emotional and long-distance work. Level II Attunements are available for individuals and class up to four people.
